The Knipex 8801180SB (Carded) Alligator Water Pump Pliers have a black atramentized finish with a polished head. The handles have a non-slip plastic coating. The Pliers are self-locking on pipes and nuts with no slipping on the workpiece. The complete actuating force can be used to turn the workpieces, not having to squeeze the pliers handles reduces the required effort.
